- No human DJ was there either before or after my show, thanks to the Union closing at 5:30 for spring break, so I stayed until 9:30. This would ordinarily be a cause for sadness, since when you're coming on to follow up dead air you can have absolute certainty that nobody could possibly be listening to the first half hour of your show. But now that we have the automator it's not so bad.

- Both record players now have the slightly less severe problem that the left channel sometimes fades in and out. This made the Blue Aeroplanes song sound terrible, so I'll have to repeat it next week.

- "Bottle of Smoke" turned out to have about 20 cuss words in it, so maybe it's good that practically nobody but me was on the Pitt campus at the time to hear it.

- Last 3 songs are all good "last songs". Last.fm told me that #2 and #15 would be good choices.

- I liked the contrast between #15 and #16 as the light and serious sides of "new wave".

- #28 and #29 were recorded in the studio of Bobby DiMonte of Vōg fame.
